Hereby we authorize Lublin University of Technology to make out a VAT invoice without the recipient's signature for the following amounts PLN for the participarion of our Employees/Company at the NEET 2019. At the same time we accept that submission of the "Registration Card" obligates us to pay the conference fee. In case of resigning from the participation in the conference the fee will not be returned and conference materials will be delivered by mail.
