For Authors

The conference languages will be English and Russian. There are two kinds of presentations previewed within the Conference frames:

• Papers submitted by the Conference participants and accepted for presentation by the Programme Committee
• Posters accepted for presentation by the Programme Committee

Abstracts

Authors are invited to submit abstracts prepared according to this sample. Each abstract should be written in English and have no more than one page in length. Electronic submission is required until the 30th of April 2019, via an e-mail address neet@pollub.pl.

Conference proceedings containing all submitted abstracts will be published in a book form and handed to each Author together with conference materials at the registration desk.

Publication of Conference Papers

Papers presented during conference sessions will be reviewed and, after acceptance, published in one of the following journals (reviewer acceptance is the necessary condition for publication):

• High Temperature Material Processes (Begell House Publishers, USA) - publication in English only - journal indexed in the SCOPUS,
• Przegląd Elektrotechniczny (Poland) - publication in Polish or English languages - journal indexed in the SCOPUS,
• Devices and Methods of Measurments (Belarus) - publication in Russian or English languages - journal indexed in WEB OF SCIENCE,
• Energetika (Belarus) - publication in Russian or English languages - journal indexed in the SCOPUS.

Processing of the submitted papers will consist of two stages
At the first stage all Authors are obliged to prepare their proposals according to basic guidelines and submit papers electronically in MS Word format (either directly before or during the Conference) by sending them via an e-mail to the address neet@pollub.pl until the 18th of June 2019. Scientific Committee of the Conference will send accepted papers to be published in the selected journal, having regard to the subject of the article during the process of journal selection. Main Authors (corresponding Authors) will be notified by an e-mail which journal has been selected to send their papers to. The same message will also contain information about the deadline of sending back the article formatted in accordance with the requirements applicable to the selected journal (about two weeks after the Conference ends).

At the second stage Authors are obliged to send back their papers (formatted in compliance with the selected publisher requirements) to the official Conference e-mail address neet@pollub.pl until the 23th of July 2019. The final version of the article (formatted in compliance with the selected publisher requirements) will be sent to the reviewer.

Basic guidelines for preparation of the proposals:

• all margins of 2,5 cm,
• main text and figure captions written in Times New Roman font, size 12, aligned to the left,
• total length of the paper text should not exceed 3000 words including figures and tables, with the restriction that any figure or table equals 150 words.
  Example: Paper containing 4 figures is considered as follows: 2400 words + 4 figures = 2400 + 600 = 3000 words at most.

The following components of the paper have to be aligned in the order as detailed below:

• Title of the article
• Authors’ names and surnames
• Affiliations containing full address (name of the University/Corporation, name of the Institute/Department, street, postal code, city, country)
• E-mail addresses (e-mail address of the main Author/corresponding Author is necessary)
• Abstract written in English
• Abstract written in Polish (if it is possible)
• Main text (without figures or tables) divided into sections/paragraphs (Introduction, Experimental, Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References)
• The list of captions for figures and tables
• Figures and tables – each figure/table on the separate page
